Full-Time Senior Designer

As a full-time Senior Designer at Giga, you will operate as a design lead across projects, combining strategic thinking, visual direction and strong managerial and client-facing skills. This role goes beyond execution: you will be responsible for framing problems, setting design directions and guiding teams toward clear, coherent and meaningful outcomes.

At Giga, design is a tool for sense-making and storytelling. You will be expected to navigate complexity and translate strategic, cultural or business-driven abstract inputs into robust design systems and compelling narratives.

We place a strong emphasis on teamwork, fostering a collaborative environment where vocal coordination, shared responsibility and mutual support drive success. You will work closely with project managers, designers, developers, suppliers and clients. Your proactive approach and strong self-management skills will be key to steering projects, aligning stakeholders and ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the design process.
